The product I’m currently focusing on at work is an experience designed for professional landlords, with the goal of enabling them to manage their entire business on one platform. As a company, BoligPortal wants to be more than just a marketplace. We aim to provide value not only when landlords need to find a new tenant, but also throughout the period that tenants live in their rentals.

Not a feature, not a product… A whole new experience
Pro is an experience that landlords can opt into, giving them access to additional features. The reason behind this decision is that, as a company, we have many types of landlord users, ranging from individuals who want to sublet their apartment because they’re travelling for a year to professional property management companies managing portfolios of five- or six-digit sizes.
To create a product that meets the needs of professional landlords, we knew that it could interfere with the experience of smaller, more private landlords.
Unfortunately, it’s difficult for me to go into too much detail regarding our strategy, upcoming features, and overall approach because of legal restrictions.
The current state of the product is heavily focused on data and portfolio management, making it easier to create, review, and manage larger portfolios.
For example, we have devoted considerable effort to creating and developing a data table experience focused on speed and filtering and, in general, making it as easy as possible to get an overview of many objects at once.
